Nev Schulman of 'Catfish' is hospitalized after a serious bike accident left him with a broken neck while on the way to pick up his kid from school. Nev reveals details of the emergency incident on Instagram, while sharing that he is 'lucky to be here, alive, standing and hugging my family.'
