But I personally think that the "bigger Latvia" you did would stretch a bit more into Russian lands, since Latvian/Latgalian tribes originally settled on the whole Daugava river, deep into Russia but then got assimilated by slavs.

Lithuania is also a Jewish country back then Vilnius was a city to protect Jews from Nazi Germany. But Lithuania was taken over by Germans later then Soviets took over and population still fell.
