3:40 it starts off as a comedic scene, but it also serves the story so well.

At the start of the scene, everyone is laughing AT the nuns. But in just a few minutes, they're laughing WITH the nuns. It shows how much the community needs the outreach from the convent. Even these rough bikers in a sleazy bar have a good time, all they need is to be shown a better way
