Just pull both of them behind you, one arm each. You can also push both in front of you in the same way (just push them together while you are moving so they dont get separate). Its no complicated

The county provides us one large trash can. It's more than big enough for my house, but we're talking about two elderly folks. We don't generate much trash. My neighbors, on the other hand, are a husband and wife with three kids. Their can is running over every trash day. But the grabber on those garbage trucks handles it like a charm.

In Australia we call them wheelie bins.

People that live on acreage blocks hook them up to the tow ball and pull them home.
