Magic Machine and I use it at the gym . I had a recurring abycess on an old scar with very tittle flesh covering it. The power plate got the circulation happening and it has healed after a year of issues ... I now use the machine for all sorts of exercises and love it ... Eager to watch a few U tubes for some new ideas ...

I'm having with my powerplate my7, screen comes on but I can't seem to go through the settings. Can some one help.
