I found the solution, go to wordpress, then Astra ( or any theme you use ) go to customize, go to header builder, go to mobile version, press the pen icon on the corner of your hero image, go to Design, you will see under ( background Overlay ) press on it and make the color transparent, and your hero image will appear.

I didn't understand how does this plug in helps. The portrait mobile of my website seems to be locked, I can't make any changes when it works properly for all the others types of view (computer or tablet). I already checked the plug-ins installed, disactivate one after one. Nothing happens. Someone knows what I can do ?
