Florida Health: Introduction to Statutes, Rules, and Regulations Pertinent to Health Insurance

The law and rule sections of the Florida pre-license examination comprise a large portion of the examination. This lesson comprises 18% of the exam, and the laws and rules that are common to all lines of licensure, which you studied before this lesson, make up another 23% of the test. All told, the laws and rules are 41% of the entire health insurance examination. As these sections total almost half of the test, it’s important to spend a lot of time in these sections of the course.
