Hi! I have this machine and 1year after I bought, it started leaking water under. It was sent to the technical service, and now, 1 year after the repair it happened again. And now they say they cannot help me as it’s warranty is expired. I have been reading toms of reviews with the same complaint. I don’t think that it is sustainable to throw a 2yo machine and buy a new one. I need Philips to stand behind the product it has their brand on it. So not fair.

I've acquired a HD7769/00.
My question is - since I'd like to clean the funnel after spending each seperate container - whether or not it's possible to only clean one side, of the grinder/funnel? Or do I have to empty both container departments, before starting the procedure?

I have the HD 7769, but I’ve lost the brush whose other end opens the hatch for the cleaning process of the bean grinder. How do I open it? Or do I need to get a new brush? If so, would you kindly let me know where (in Norway) I can get it from? Thank you.

Why you dont have any instructions on how to open this useless machine? The beans are stuck there, the grinder doesnt grind. How do I fix this?
