You could also have a loyal friend. Give him the stone then download your save data and have it duplicated. Your friend will have to keep giving you a stone back but you can both do it
Edit. Duplication trick. Go to settings, Save data turn off auto sync for Elden Ring. Then press options on the game and upload you save data. Once in game drop items for a friend. CLOSE THE GAME WITHOUT SAVING. go back to managa save data and this time Download and you will have everything you dropped back in your inventory.
Edit 2. This cant be patched will work in ANY game with co-op and being able to drop items
