hello i have a question, im applying with my mother and she'es the one responsible for the costs of the trip do i write her name in section A item 1 in both hers and my application or i have to write my name in my application and how do i specify she is the one paying for the trip ? and should i fill 2 applications or just 1 ?

I got my student visa but there is one little mistake. Actually my mom name ends with jit but on my all documents including passport it is mentioned jeet. When i applied for my student visa i attached same name affidavit and in family information section i used my mom name which is end with jeet same as it mentioned on my documents. Now my concern is that when i apply my parents vistor visa, will it shows misrepresentation? Because on my mom passport her name end with jit .
