Sleeping Dogs IS True Crime but the creators of True Crimes gave up due to financial issues so Enix bought the game from them changed the name to Sleeping Dogs and then made this masterpiece.

It was called True Crime because Activision wanted to cash in but its a new IP. Its the same developer and game but its being published by Square Enix.

Watch dogs Seems more original but I would try this game out although it reminds me of max Payne with the bullet time or u guys call it "slow mo"
