When am charging it, it’s not showing the blue colors

I have this fan! I used it months ago. It was working well, but after a few weeks, it stopped charging. I have tried multiple chargers on the fan to see if that was the problem, but it wasn't. The light doesn't turn on when I charge it nor did I drop the fan or harm. Can anyone help?

I can’t get the fan cover off at all. I unlocked it but the fan cover won’t come off.
