The problem is rendered when people start bragging how they studied and competed some cert for 2 weeks or 2 months.
Just ignore it and take your pace.

If Security + is your first cert, do not rush it. If it fakes you 8 damn months or a year, so be it.

Great advise. Your take is spot on IMHO.

I took the A+, Net+ and Sec+ over about 4 months in 2018/19 and you are spot on. They build on each other. My scores kept getting better as I completed certifications. I was shocked at how well I did on the Sec+. By the time I got to Sec+, I was very comfortable with the CompTIA exams.

The hardest part of any comptia exam with A+ net+ and security+ is dealing with the way Comptia asks questions. On top of them changing shit that’s not technically correct. I passed the 900 and the 1000 without even studying it was the 901 and 1001 that threw me out for a loop. these exams are not hard the stuff I get on a day-to-day basis it’s more difficult of the exams because I don’t know what’s going on with that program and why it’s doing what it’s doing.

I got my CCNA a few months ago, and should be taking my exam for the Security+ this month. I have also been studying for the CCNP for the past few months. Once I conquer that, I plan to get either PENTEST+ or OSCP, or even both. You think that's a good path for a networking and cybersecurity career?

So I am an idiot and failed 601 twice and need to take 701 now I didn't know much about computer but i.got to 740 twice but couldn't get over that hump how should I study I am.even looking for a tutor
