Curious to ask about a point that you mentioned regarding doing background research on your interviewers. In the particular example where you saw that your interviewer was a long distance runner, how did you bring it up in a natural way during the interview? Like do you tell them that you saw it on their profile or do you instead try to embed it naturally into the conversation.
