I think I maybe to late to comment but I grew up with bantams, dad always had D7s but I think in 1970/71 he bought one of the last bantams from Chapmans Duke St Norwich, it was aD14/4 a lovely blue with rubber gaiters on front shocks. I love little bantams as I am now 64 but lovely memories of a lovely dad and childhood, hope this maybe of interest to someone.

Exact same colour scheme as my 1967 D10 which was purchased brand new .Bike long gone but remember it well.

FEK 939F. I want it back.

I used to commute across the Pennines in all weathers while my mates were posing on their Bonnevilles and Honda’s.

My grandparents bought me a brand new 1966 D 10 what a peace of crap, a mate had a honda 175 cc i thought it had dropped to earth from a spce ship ! Everything worked on his bike, the lights, the brakes, you get the idea ! Oh not to be to scathing the tank was shiny!
