I am horrified and the Sheriff is just seeing the conditions of his facility or inmates in his care custody and control and the deputies didn't report unsafe health and structure conditions. Same as Mississippi New York State the bad prisons are not like this I will stand with all who is willing to travel jails and inspect! Inhumane talk about laws!!!!

1. Stop arresting people for nit picks, like passive pan handling. 2. Take drug addicts to hospitals for treatment, not jail. 3. Create mini jails in cities for non violents. 4. Grow food within jails and allow inmates to work outside and earn money to buy food.
