Hey try doing onion rolls, use lotsa butter and onion bits mixed in the butter, uou can either roll them and cut them up or use cupcake template pans, my Italian mother used to make them longa tima go, delicious by themselves or with salads or with eggs in the morning. She made some delicious onion pizza a few days ago too, the best, which i told her, the best onion pizze shes made so far
