Wow natural fabric softener and fragrance beads. I wonder if it's sourced organically and local too.

0 I'm sorry but with all the chemicals that's in fabric softener no thank you. It's homemade but it's not natural. Because there's nothing natural in fabric softener.

Good fat, bad fats and toilet paper.
This was written primarily for our better health and also help prevent people getting sick from toxic toilet paper waste sold or given away as fertiliser
from city waste sewage centres around the world. It seems the Japanese seem to be on the right track with bidets used instead of using toilet
paper.
Some years ago my HDL cholesterol was a bit borderline low, so I used internet search engine to try and find the answer, to read a lady in the
Mediterranean drank a cup a day of Olive oil each day. I think, 'not sure if I could handle a cup (250 mL) of Olive oil ‘lets just go for 100 mL a day.'
The Olive oil sure did grab the back of my throat (until I got used to it) but the next side effect, I only needed one serving of toilet paper each day.
[to cut a long story short]
The LDL cholesterol went up slightly, The triglycerides went down slightly, as for the HDL it did not change.
Moral of the story: Sometimes using the internet to find medical answers is a joke, other times it can point you to a totally different and better solution,
if you are gullible.
I came clean and I told my primary health provider saying the reduced toilet paper use was the best part (a GP), to learn "Evening Primrose Oil" (EPO)
would have much the same effect, (the container said 3 capsules per day, but the doctor said it was ok to take four a day) and was also told EPO
would also clear up a bit of Eczema I had on a lower leg (and it did too, about 6 months later it was all gone) EPO is seems to be made for woman in
child bearing age and is sold in supermarkets, to help them in difficult times of the month. As for the EPO I gave it up after a year or so, as I went for
Coconut oil, Avocado, or other God made fats.
So you could say, as I found out.
When you get a good dose of GOOD FATS it reduces toilet paper usage.
Too much BAD FATS in the diet escalates toilet paper usage.
There are Good FATS that help heal the body and Bad FATS do the harm.
There is a very interesting book written called.
Fats That Heal, Fats That Kill by Dr. Uno Erasmus PhD (in nutrition)
The book could be best value for someone studying nutrition or closely related subjects at tertiary education centres
