The problem with challenges like this is the fact that they're so reliant on jump scares. Jump scares don't really scare you; they can only startle. Fear is something that makes you look over your shoulder the rest of the day/week. A jump scare is a quick startle, and then you laugh and go about your day. They should be honest and rename this the "try not to be startled challenge."
