Inside Rick Ross’ 109 Room Mansion

There are giant houses and then there are GIANT HOUSES. The rapper Rick Ross just redefined what a truly GIANT HOUSE is for me and soon will for you to. We’ve covered a ton of mansions here but this one has to rank in the top ten of most over-the-top we’ve ever seen. That’s truly saying something too. This isn’t one of those modern mansions. They all have boxy designs, apple store aesthetics and wimpy little lap pools that couldn’t fit more than a few swimmers at a time. Ross’s new home is the opposite of all of those things. It’s a true classic that does everything to the biggest degree humanly possible. Just wait.

The pool on this bad boy is truly next level. You won’t believe just how many gallons it holds. However big you’re thinking, I’m betting that it isn’t big enough. What’s crazy is that it isn’t even the home’s only pool. How does Rick Ross have TWO enormous pools in his house?

Then there are the crazy amenities. Those include the likes of bowling alleys and home movie theaters. Does a home really need either one? Of course not! But he’s got em!

Of course, a home like this isn’t always a blessing. Just take a look at what happened to the previous owner. Evander Holyfield used to be one of the biggest names in boxing with a net worth that utterly eclipses anything Rick Ross could ever hope to achieve. Now though, he was forced out of his own home for less than it was worth because the upkeep was too much to bear. Will Ross find the same fate?

I don’t think Ross will go broke. The difference between Holyfield and Ross is that Ross has multiple streams of income. He is a successful rapper with a beautiful catalog which comes with royalties. He owns a record label with successful artist. And he also owns many other businesses.

Ross paid about 6M for this house. The reason Evander couldn't afford it is because of his million kids and baby mamas. Ross has I think 1 kid and rents that home out for commercials and parties. Believe me he's one smart individual if you do your homework on him you'll see he's going to be straight. He owns several music Catologs of rock artists. The Eagles several AC/DC albums he's very intelligent on how he spends his money. Not to mention the 92 fast foods restaurants he owns. He has alot of money coming in every month. ✌🏽

Huh, here in Vancouver we have a simple duplex for almost 5 mil. Yeah, down payment of 1 mil for 20%. You read that right.
I’d pay 5 mil for that house. The upkeep on it is probably 100-300k a year though.

He needs to hire a landscaper, the house is beautiful and located across the highway from a elementary in Atlanta. It’s not a upscale neighborhood but the location of the home was selected by Holyfield to show students they can inspire to be wealthy.
