Virtual Town Hall: Understanding HOA Reserve Studies

You're invited to a town hall meeting to learn from the experts on HOA reserve studies, how to best apply a reserve study to long term community planning, and to ask any questions you may have about these important association concepts! Whether you have no idea what a reserve study is, or you're interested in diving deeper, we know you'll find value in this interactive forum.

Leading this session is Bryan Farley, President of Association Reserves Rocky Mountains. Bryan has completed over 1,500 studies, and earned the Community Associations Institute designation of Reserve Specialist. His work includes all types of condominium and homeowners' associations throughout the United States, ranging from international high-rises to historical monuments.

Chris Marion, CAP Management's Chief Sustainability Officer, will also briefly discuss how the industry is encouraging HOAs to consider Reserve Studies when drafting comprehensive community plans.
