I'm a 6.6 center, always had this in my bag, trust me when u say this, no matter how long your defender is, they will jump. I've made multiple 7ft players jump more than once in the same game, one time the guy actually jumped and fell on top and over me and onto his head. Got an and one +free throw

I use this all the time and it works all the time. My tip is that if the defender sticks to you, fake the shot and then step through.

personally i found out that the people i play against read that move so i fake the shot twice instead of once and i can just scoop the ball for an easy lay

Hey coach, when I was younger I had a habit to lunge a lot on my shot. Now that I’m stronger and don’t have to lunge I still do. I’m shooting shots in my range. Do you have any drills to possibly help with that?
