AP WW usually goes for Riftmaker, Void Staff should be replaced with Morellonomicon for same anti heal purposes

none of them had antiheal if you look neither warwick had the grevious wounds icon next to them, also they didn’t have boots, in the bottom right corner the ap one has spirit visage
also the AD one had wits end and maw of malmortius but the AP one didnt have any armour

Well guys, yhe build that appeared in our screen is different from the build they actually used, ap ww is with riftmaker and ad ww is not with anti heal, we can see that by looking that dont have the anti heal sign on ap ww
