Actually that guy being so enthusiastic about the credits is really wholesome. It wouldn't annoy me at all, he just looks so happy! Discovering joy in things other people might not notice at all. This made my day just a bit brighter :)

Lol, based on my time in Japan, it appeared people there always stay for the credits. I mean every single person. If you even dare to leave the room before the credits end, you will be stared down and will have to perform the walk of shame haha.

I always watch the credits to try to find my name. So far, the only Marina I've seen worked on Soul as an additional voice for the Spanish dub. I got way too excited when I finally found my name.

I always stay for the post credits sting in Marvel movies... But I had a friend at Uni who was studying for a career in film and TV who insisted that we stay to watch the credits out of respect for all the people that worked on the film... Which I kinda understand.

I do this all the time because I never know if there'll be a small scene at the end of the credits. Lol!

I always watch the credits. I once studied film (in a former life) and I once knew a lot of young aspiring (99% failing) filmworkers (all possible careers) and sometimes a tiny name in an endless row of names in the credits is all the recognition they get, no matter how hard they‘ve worked. So out of respect, I stay.
Also: when you stay that long the waiting line for the toilet is empty when you go out. And I rather sit in a comfortable chair and wait for that than in such a line.

My entire life of movie watching I stay for the credits (sometimes even when watching videos at home)

Each and every time, I feel like a criminal though, with the world glaring at me like I was tresspassing and enraged, impatient family and friends would shout, "we'll leave without you!!". Delaying them so I could snag that final glimpse was certainly tricky!

When I was growing up, post credit scenes were EXTREMELY RARE, but every once in a while, when one appeared, it made it all worth it! Those 30 seconds were a giant elite reward for all those eternally awkward waits!

I appreciate how some modern films try to add entertainment to the credits. A little visual interest can go a long way.

I love staying and reading the credits. The movie starts with the first trailer and ends with the Academy's serial number.

Not watching the credits is like leaving right after a the end of a theater piece.
What I liked was the fact that the cleaning guy waited until the end of the credits, where I live they don't wait.

i like watching the credits. those thousands of people behind the scene deserve their few seconds of fame. Sometimes the CG/VFX parts are just insane.

I love it when there is a surprise at the very ending, some extra filming, a gag or some bloopers; if not for that, at least out of respect, people should see the entire ending credits.
