The guy is not a great actor. It's not a fair comparison. If they got someone who came across as vulnerable like the girl, the reaction would've been different.

Unreal, everyone took the girls side when she got cheated on; but flip the roles and the guy is still the bad guy even though he got cheated on.

Guy cheats= “He’s a bad guy, and he’s not worth it”

Guy gets cheated on= “He’s abusive and the cops should be called on him for domestic violence”

I would have liked to see more scenarios with the man being cheated on, but with the man also reacting in a gentle-mannered way or even crying. Thank you for another great overall episode though, keep them coming please! :)

The tones mattered here almost more than the issue at hand. Definitely would have liked it better if the two different actors were able to have more similar reactions. If the girl being cheated on had been more aggressive or if the man had been more calm, we possibly could have seen different reactions from people around.

I’m 100% against tracking of your partner. If you feel like you have to track them, the trust is already gone and it’s time to move on. Cheating is one of the cardinal sins in my book as well. There was no good guy in this.

The guy being cheated on was way too aggressive...I can definitely understand how the woman who stepped in thought he was potentially an abusive partner.

Cheating is the ultimate betrayal which breaks trust and destroys relationships. It’s a slippery slope to track your partner’s phone as there can be many consequences for both you and your partner. But communication is always the key in any relationship where you address your concerns rather than to keep tabs on your partner.

the problem is the man came off as super agressive, if he said is piece calming and cried i bet people would take his side. he came off as controlling, i beat my gf kinda guy




edit: the guys trying to defend him and say this is how guys are, no it's not in this CASE( i'm not even talking in general and you boys got pissy, says a lot), in this case the actor came off as super agressive and a danger to her life, they should have used another aproach to the male actor

It's the difference in behavior, he was very aggressive screaming and yelling, while she was low energy and crying.
If he would have had the same defensive energy as female actor did, maybe people would have been more compassionate.

When the guy came in he was waaay to aggressive, so people assume the woman is at risk of DV. If he had come in acting hurt but NOT agressive, maybe crying, then the reaction would have been different, just like if the woman had come in screaming would have had a different response

Crazy everyone still backs the female in a cheating situation. Although I think if the male actor who was cheated on was more calm and actually devastated instead of just yelling and being aggressive he would have gotten a better response from the public. At least as a male, I hope he would have.
