Newton’s Cradle is a good example of how Potential energy, the energy of what is just a potential of what could happen, turns into kinetic energy, the energy of what is actually happening. The great difference between the two is that kinetic energy can be measured as a process over a period of time. But for this to be true we would need a continuous process that was taking potential energy and forming it into Kinetic energy.
The Photon spherical oscillation or vibration of quantum mechanics can represent a fundamental part of this process.

Photons have momentum and it is continuously turning into the kinetic energy of the electron. The energy is turned into what is just a potential of what could happen. To kinetic energy, the energy of what is actually happening.
This process is continuously forming an arrow of time for each reference frame with the dynamic three-dimensional geometry of everyday life. In other words, forming Relativity.
