A Monkey’s DNA and rarity affects the player’s ability to play and win matches.

Generation zero of Monkeys will be limited to 5000 Monkeys out of nearly 4 Billion permutations possible, dictating the rarity of each NFT.

What is MonkeyBall?
MonkeyBall is a quick, turn-based, Play-to-Earn, arcade, soccer game offering a high-production-value gaming experience.

Matches are played between two teams, each with 4 Monkeys playing the positions of Scorer, Defender, Midfielder and Goalkeeper. With 6 rounds of play per half, the first team to 3 goals wins.

Back at HQ, boost your Monkeys’ abilities and in-game performance by caring for and training them, as well as increasing their morale.

Stadium owners are rewarded for matches they host, while other players can be spectators and influence the gameplay by cheering for a winning team to increase their gameplay.

I've been watching this series as I'm interested in the Monkeyball IDO. Like you say the process is quite convoluted. What makes it more complicated to follow is when you branch out and start talking about other things, farming etc. A step by step how to get the Monkeyball tokens starting with SOL or STARS without the other distractions would be great.

If I have understood it correctly, you have to stake your STARS for them to generate hydrazine. I guess the best and safest way is to lock up the STARS for 90 days to avoid decay. But reading up on your medium article as shown. The registration starts the 27th and the contribution window closes the 29th. Then the 30th we can start buying the MBS tokens we are entitled to. My question is. How does the staking work only during 2 days? And then why the need for the 90 day lockup period? What I’m I missing here? Can’t seem to figure out this part.
