How to do inventory adjustment in #odoo17 using export and import Excel OR CSV file

In #Odoo, inventory adjustments are made to correct discrepancies between the physical quantity of products in stock and the quantity recorded in the system. This may occur due to various reasons such as errors in data entry, theft, or damaged goods. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to perform inventory adjustments in Odoo by exporting the data into excel sheet, update the inventory count and import it back to Odoo.

During this export and import, make sure the ID field shall be there in your excel file so that while importing it back, it will help to map the inventory adjustment line items.

my question is, When I do open balances for stock using stock adjustment, then two accounts are affected (Inventories and Stock Received (Interim). However, the Balance sheet will have these accounts while the reality is that an Equity/or Liability account(s) could be balancing the inventories, not the interim one. could you advise please which method should be used to keep all accounting reports correct!

Either, is any other way to add Opening Stock Balances.

Thank you so much for the video - I have around 4000 sku in my list - In physical inventory I am only able to see the product which have qty more than 0 or -ve.

How do I export zero qty products? need the stock quan ID so I can update zero qty items qty as well. currently doing it manually

my products don't even exist in inventory adjustment.
you have to manually adjust them once, then they will appear
