I’m a 40 year old woman. This is currently my favorite podcast forum. I’m very encouraged when I come across younger people that are walking & sharing in this type of authentic heart path. It gives me so much hope. Alexis may feel that she’s getting older in her barely late 20’s but it’s also so young to give such pause & respect for these types of conversations. We need these voices for the littles. 💛🙏
Much love.

She's so wise and brave and says things that a lot of us are probably too afraid to say, even though deep down we know it's true. Amazing podcast ❤

Wow I can’t believe you spoke about not missing those moments in life and gave the visual of the ups and downs. Yesterday in meditation I was shown my future self on a rollercoaster enjoying the big moments in life and it got me very emotional.

The way little me used to wanna be this girl and have her boyfriend in 2013 because I was susceptible to aesthetics and the illusions they can persuade, then getting over the facade and seeing her over a decade later in a spiritual setting and on one of my favorite podcasts talking about all the things that I have also come to learn and grow into, INCLUDING ACTING, is extremely exciting and rewarding after all these years! Good for you Alexis!! I don’t know much about you but seem to me like you’ve evolved so much and it’s refreshing. As someone who pursued modeling desperately and instead chose the arts, modeling can be so empty and damaging compared to the profound breakthroughs and depth involved in being a skilled storyteller. Sending love!

She had such great insights and little nuggets hinting at the depth of her perceptions. I had a bit of a breakthrough listening to her repetitive identification of "as a woman". That is said so much to create some kind of authority or superiority that as Alexis repeated it before statements it felt like an othering of herself, a separation from anyone who also has that type of experience, who isn't a woman, at least half of humanity. This is not a comment about her specifically, more about the prepositional phrasing and it's underlying implications and how people use these phrases to boost themselves within a certain demographic, yet end up increasing their seperation from all who don't fit that specific identity.
I sincerely hope that everyone who uses these phrases soon eliminates them due to the inherent separation they illicit. Thank you both for such a wonderful conversation ❤

people judge Alexis too much for her appearance and how she's perceived in the 3D (could also stem from jealousy). it's important to have different voices be heard so that different people can resonate with words that may be easier to digest.

I use this technique when I get triggered. At least when I am aware of it, and just being able to catch the trigger while identifying the root is very healing. That is the first step. Identify the trigger. Then Identify where it comes from. Either way, always calm yourself. Even if you cannot identify the root, take comfort that you know you are feeling triggered can help you feel safe enough to explore that trigger.
I can relate to Alexis in that my family also overreacted to so many different things. It comes from a deep fear of the unknown. We have to learn to trust ourselves and to trust life to deliver for us the results that are meant for us and that we have the ability to handle it. Learning to lean into uncertainty has been very healing.
