The Erdtree's Favor +2 raises HP by 4%, Stamina by 8%, and Maximum Equip Load by 10%

I killed the first one with a bow which made it simple to grab. Got an achievement for getting it too

Easy if you have high intelligence. Allocate your flask to more cerulean tears(FP flask). Use Lorettas Mastery to snipe them out one by one from the top. There's 3 of them. Kill the first. Go down to aggro the second and it will pop out. Run back up. Kill it the same way from the top. Go down again and run further in towards the item and the third will aggro. Rinse repeat. No annoyance. By the way if you decide to kill it at close range, the Blasphemous Blade is one of the best weapon for it. It knocks them down quick.

tips for who is trying today, I had wore the Crepus's Vial to remove all sound from my steps and armor, and it appears they are kind of blind, I hug the wall and took the talisman and the 3 of them were just chilling, and I even had the oportunity to open the map and teleport away wth my runes from previous deaths xD
