Mera Peak packing video - Ian Taylor Trekking

I am Ian from Ian Taylor Trekking. I have climbed Everest to the Top. Led over 30 treks to Everest, Climbed Kilimanjaro 40+ times, Island peak over 20 times and Mera peak 7 times. We run between 7 and 10 Mera peak climbs per year all with our own staff and Internationally trained mountain guides. We have the best acclimatization schedule in place and only run quality trips to climb Mera Peak.

Here is the gear I will bring for a Mera peak expedition. There is no one size fits all so you need to review the month you are climbing and talk to us about how to prepare, what exact items you will need for your Mera peak trip.

Is it neccesarry to have an down throusers? I wil go to Mera Peak this Year at the End of October.
I also buyed a 330g 800cuin Down Jacket.... is this to warm for the Summit Day while climbing the peak?

I have a question according the boots. At the moment I have the LA Sportiva Olympus mons evo, because I needed them for Mt Vinson... Can I also take them with me to Mera Peak? Because I don't want to buy an extra pair of boots just for 6000 m peaks...
