This song always brings tears to my eyes. In 2012 i was just demolished. Fought so unbelievably hard just to come out divorced, foreclosed house and 25K in debt. 2024 still here. This song was the cry of my heart. My prayers are wearing thin. Ive lost my will to fight brngs me back to those moments of hopelessness. To those struggling KEEP FIGHTING!!! My aunts son committed suicide after a long battle with depression. He was a Christian. He loved God with everything he had but sometimes mental disorders just take over. This song was what I picked to play at his funeral & his mother plays it regularly & hopes it helps someone like it’s helped her.

I shattered my knee into 17 pieces in a motorcycle accident. The year of healing was the most painful thing I had ever experienced. The next year I had to have that knee replaced. Another year of intense pain and painful therapy…then the other knee had to be replaced. For four straight years I never had a break for the most intense pain I could imagine. I lost hope. I thought often about the gun in my safe. God showed me through this that His best will for me is that I learn to live with pain. Since then, for the last 30 years I have had three kinds of arthritis and bone deterioration. Life is pain. Without Jesus from morning to night I could not imagine going on living. I could not imagine living the rest of my life in this pain. But now I realize what an incredible gift from God it is. So many people are in pain and have no one that understands. No one with an answer of how to continue living. Jesus has given me this so that I can share with others.
