2) What are some fun team-building activities that can be done fully remote?

Would like to hear that.
My question Is how would you deal with versions.
Say we have the main branch and development.
At the moment my go to is just using tags for the version (that trigger CICD pipeline)

Interesting concept! I would love to know how to best incorporate a YouTube channel on a resume.

I quit my tech job in 2020 to go full-time on YouTube (videos about React/Vue/Tailwind etc.) but I'm not sure if I should put that under "side-projects" or "experience" or just not include it at all.

When I left my old job, my manager wasn't really sure what to say when I said I would become a YouTuber, and I'm curious if most recruiters/managers are on a similar boat.
