I’m doing this thing (already, but more so for 2023) and I’m calling it #stressfree2023 - just letting myself use what I want, when I want it and not be stressed about it! To just have fun! I bought the techo along with a weeks and a cousin- needless to say I am feeling utterly lost on how to to use them all. This video was very helpful. I think it's totally fine to use the a6 techo and the weeks together as my main planners. At first it felt unnecessary but after watching this video I think I will allow myself to do this! I live in my a6 size Hobonichi Japanese. Literally. I am lost without it if I leave home without it. I to use the Sarasa gel pens In vintage colors. I use mine the same way as you. I am almost maker and need the space the weeks could give me. I decorate just like you . Washi in some places and minimal stickers for emotions and some appointments.

Hi Sam! I ordered a Weeks and am going to do my best to stick with it for all of next year. I had been using the Wonderland222 (A6), but I don’t need much space anymore since I am retired. I really just want the lightest planner possible!

I really like that you use the A6 as a log + journal, and the camel Sarasa really gives it a nice Fall vibe.
I'm doing sorta the same, but in a B6 Stalogy(I ramble more and use stickers in the journal part). So glad that you're doing what makes you happiest, but are still willing to experiment. As always, love your posts.

I’m also loving the A6 size. I have a Wonderland 222 in it right now which I like. I ordered a Hobonichi A6 day free for 2023 & plan on doing a week on 2 pages by quartering each page and then using pages as daily’s if I need them.
I also got a weeks for next year, will continue with personal as a reference planner & B6 as a memory planner. I’m hoping 2 will be stand outside & may drop one or two after I decide which ones I love the most!

Funny, I was in Pittsburgh same time, but for Steelers game and training camp. Stayed in hotel between stadiums. Burgatory? Great burgers. Strangely, I, too, developed Covid, just recovering . As always enjoyed your video, anxious to see your haul from Hobonichi.

Following up on more pen recommendations - I love the Sarasa Mark-on for hobo + highlighting. Writes really well, nearly as dark as the uniball one, and if you give it about 30 seconds to dry you can actually highlight over it. The only gel pen I've found! :)

Fun seeing snippets from what I assume is asset protection role you had written. Makes me miss my days as APM at Walmart 😅 but I have a nice no stress office job now but miss the thrill sometimes and the teaching and training classes I got to make and teach 😊
