For those looking, it’s not the white stairs outside the window. It’s the spiral staircase on the left side. After Colby asks his question the camera slowly pans over. Pay attention to the the left bottom side just above the letters “W” and “A”.
With that being said, It doesn’t show up the first time the camera points that way and if you look close you can see that there is a shade of darker black surround the eye, giving me the impression that there is a small face. Also it appears the face moves during the movement of the camera, but for a split second the camera stops and the face continues to move. Suuuuper creepy.
