I need help. I can’t find anything about who Ezekiel was, and why he was good enough to take on the sins of Israel. I’m so stunned by the level of punishment put on him, and I’m intrigued about why it pleased the LORD to punish Ezekiel. I can’t think of any other instances outside of Jesus, where the sins of the people were laid upon a human as physical punishment. Does anyone know why he was special enough for this?
