That is not too safe, the 2 holes are too close together leaving only a tiny piece of the plastic to carry the weight, and the regular handling jolts may break off that tiny plastic sliver.

Do all phone covers come with the holes for mounting a lanyard and are these always included in the boxes ? I just purchased the green marble case since the protective Aurora version does not exist for my phone model iPhone 11 (6.1). So with the ring and the strap I will go for the risk now but as soon as the Aurora will be produced for my phone buy that one again. The Aurora could be an alternative to my Otterbox Symmetry case :)

Alright so here's the thing..
My phone case did not have those two holes that were shown in this video.
Nevertheless, I was able to make this succeed anyway and without this video I wouldn't have.
So thank you. :-)

The holes are too small. I got it through one hole but can’t maneuver it back through the second hole. I even tried a needle threader using the wire part only so I could spread it around the cord. I’m talking about a Gviewin case that came with a lanyard. I appreciate the lanyard, but I can’t make it work.
