Zipcar just ripped me off!
They charged me an extra $50 because I was 9 minutes late in returning the car along with a full tank of gas. This company is sketchy.

Heres my experience with zipcar: I was planning to Surprise my son with going to the beach and our 2 cars dont work very well and the beach is a little too far for our old cars to go there so we tryed zipcar and i chose the car and and then 36 hours later I realized they have changed the location of where the car would be and i was not happy with that because the neighborhood they chose was not very safe so i called zipcar and told zipcar that not only they changed the car THEY CHANGED THE NEBORHOOD and its very dangerous and the employee said he couldn’t do anything about that and I understood so even later they changed the location AGAIN to an even more unsafe place and all they kept doing was apologizing but npt changing the neborhood and making things worse so I canceled everything and told my son and he’s very sad thats my experience with zipcar!
