When I first thought about it I just thought he tucked his head for a penalty, but if you really think about it, he had fractions of a second to duck his head. There’s no way you can have anything but natural instincts in that short of a time, he couldn’t of tossed up the idea that it might get a penalty in the time he had to decide. Natural instincts were the only thing deciding the tuck. My thoughts go out to Alex. Went to my school a couple grades above me.

So let me educate you.

1) He ducked his head, not tucked it.
2) Milking penalties during this time reached epidemic proportions. As soon as he felt his leg lifted, he ducked his head with the intention of managing his fall and earning a penalty for his side. Unbeknown to him he had 200 kg about to fall on him and they didn’t know he stupidly ducked his head to win 30 metres up field.

Very sad and very stupid.

You always get one idiot who gets to angry and does something stupid, see the look on the guys face as he lifted him, he wanted to hurt him, I love rugby but some people just take it to far, lifting like that is always dangerous it’s better to just hold the guy and wait for the ref to shout held. I’ve been tackled playing league like this 3 vs one sucks and I’m not a big guy only weighed 75kg at the time was lucky I just got bruised ribs
