Want to wipe the coffee slate clean and start a fresh?

If you want to clear the history on your espresso machine or start from scratch, follow this step-by-step guide on how you can perform a factory reset on the Oracle™ Touch. By carrying out a factory reset, you will lose personal settings and pre-sets so only perform this action if necessary or if you have been instructed to do so by a support engineer.

Directions:
1. Select the cogwheel icon in upper right of the screen to access the ‘Settings’ menu.
2. Scroll down and select the ‘Factory reset’.
3. Once confirmed, select the ‘Reset’ option which will reset all programmable values back to the factory settings and delete all custom drinks.
