Spring Rolls In A Jar

Who doesn’t love spring rolls in a jar!! These are great for meal prepping and so easy to do!! This is also a great way to pack in the veggies without dealing with rice paper. I personally prefer the rice noodles.
FOR THE JAR:
*2 cups gluten free ramen noodles
*1 cups shredded red cabbage
*1 cup chopped cucumbers
*1 cups shredded carrots
*1 cup baby spinach
*1/2 cup broccoli sprouts
FOR THE SAUCE:
* 3 tbs tamari
* 3 tbs water
* 4 tbs rice wine vinegar
* 5 tbs PB powder
* 2 tbs maple syrup
* 1/2 tsp ginger powder
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
WHAT TO DO:
*Divide sauce and add to two 32 ounce glass jars
*Divide all veggies and layer in jars
*Store with lids in frig until ready to eat
*Empty in to bowl and enjoy!
