Mr. Lemony Fresh, first I want to thank you for giving us a try and doing a video. It was great to see! I wanted to give you some background story on Display Geek.

We are not in the business of competing with Walmart and Ikea, they probably chop down their own trees lol I don't have the muscles. I built this company, as a collector myself, for all of us who run out of room fast. This was the most cost efficient way to do it and since I started the business with zero dollars or help, it does the job very well! Always support small business when possible.

Also, sorry for the website changes as you went to it, I took a bunch of stuff down temporarily so it didn't really show what you bought. The 19.99 price tag on that display is actually because of shipping. If I showed you shipping it would have been like 9.99 with 12.99 shipping and you would abandon cart. Shipping companies make most of the money on all of us, it is gross. We eat most of the shipping costs out of our own profit to make sure the customer doesn't run away. In person we sell our 3pk of Solo for like $20 and a Classic for the same. Look for us at local shows. Our Solo displays hold 4 per row in box, but come in 3 packs and can be spread out to literally hold 24 or more pops for that $30 purchase. In bulk much cheaper of course. Check out the photos on our site to see what I mean.

Our displays are meant to be purchased in bulk for large collections. We don't play the game of catering to pop stack or armor only collectors. That is a small portion of us collectors. They can go on top of our displays no problem. Ours are built for .50mm thick protectors which we sell UV and scratch resistant and offer about 80 or more sizes these days. My plan was always to be the one stop shop for displaying and protecting collections. We were the very first and original display case company in the Funko community and one of the first 3 companies to make protectors in 2016. Even to this day we get accused of copying people even when I have drawings from 2015 of my plans lol. Ohh internet...

I have been a collector for 8 years now and been in business nearly 6 years. I still love the community, still collect, and never miss a Funko event. I hope to see all of your beautiful faces soon. Most companies are in it for the money, I built this business so that I could be free from working for other people, have more time for family, friends and travel, and also attend events and collect what I love. My entire heart is in this business and I don't plan to change that anytime soon. I hope this gives you a bigger idea of who we are and what we do. :-)

Would you say the walmart shelves would be better? What color shelves do you think pops look best on your white or black?

I think it’s a fair price but the shipping cost pushes it out of my value range for a cardboard display. I would purchase if I ran into them at a convention though.

Eh not bad but not for me, you can get a good solid 5 level shelf at ikea for the same price. Got to save that money for more pops! Great video as always!
