Hi everyone, this is Sarah, founder & CEO of Curie. Thank you all so much for the kind words! I wanted to come on here and answer some of the questions in the comment section:

1) We closed the deal with Barbara (the deal with Mark fell through during negotiations). Barbara has been absolutely amazing to work with.
2) I am definitely coming back on Shark Tank one day as a guest Shark!!!! Mark my words.
3) Curie has 4x'ed since Shark Tank and we're still growing. This show has had a profound impact on my life and I am so grateful.
4) I am aware there are other natural deodorants out there, but building a successful business is not always about being first, it's about being better (in fact, some of the most successful businesses in the world were NOT first to market, they just came out with a superior product).
5) I did NOT know I was going to be filming Shark Tank that day or I would not have gone for a hike! The producers called me when I was at the top of Griffith Park Observatory, covered in dirt, and gave me 2 hours to get to the studio to film. I did not make that up.

If anyone is looking for an update, the deal DID close. The line is expanded into candles, sanitizers, bodywashes, apparel, etc. Curie is in Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, and Anthropologie. So far it's a massive success.

All jokes aside on Barbara, watching her since the beginning of this show, she (along with Mark) mostly invests in people and not businesses. Comfy and Maine Lobsters are two best examples. She really loved both the entrepreneurs, and Comfy had no sales at all. I'm sure they will succeed together, even if this business fails one of them will hire her to oversee their other businesses. She was pretty impressive. I envy her confidence and tenacity
