I JUST got a new phone and sold my old one. It was soooo easy. When I turned on my 13, it prompted me to walk through all these steps like unpairing, backing up, and moving all the info to the new phone. They have made it soooo intuitive and dummy proof now. Especially with those moving codes (forget the name) that you just scan with you screen when you get the new phone or watch to link them together to migrate info.

This is a good example of why iOS is Stupidity Pro Max. All you need to do in Android, after backing up your data however you like, is to make sure encryption is turned on and hit factory reset.

Great information! The best thing is to get a new device yourself and give your old device to someone else and they can trade in their device for credit toward your device. We do this at our house. Now that my mom and dad have the same iPhone model, they can trade both of their phones in and get something new. I have let them borrow my iPhone 12 and neither one is interested in having Face ID. They are used to the touch ID so they are going to get iPhone SE third generations whenever we have the time to go to either the AT&T store or Apple store. Do y’all know any place or cheap recycling program for old computers that no longer function properly? I have a Dell OptiPlex 7010 model that is over seven years old and it is not functioning properly. At first I thought I needed a new monitor but it turned out it was time for a new computer and monitor.

Patience is key. I traded my iPhone 8 Plus with my carrier (Verizon) and was told I can get $400. The day I went in to purchase my 13 Pro Max, they gave me $550!

I bought a pallet of ipads from amazon returns. Over half didn't log out of the apple id thing. Any way to get these working again? I had a couple hacks before to do it. but it's super time consuming.
