I’d like to point out that phobias are very severe fears that usually get to the point it interrupts everyday life. If you have a normal fear or minor fear, you are probably not going to have the phobia.
So, no, you don’t have 50 phobias if YT showed you images with it, demons hiding in the photo that will obviously trigger anxiousness, and a caption saying “if you are scared of these images you might have [insert phobia]”

I had some fear of the ocean ( when I has a stupid kid ), but to make sure that the ocean is friendly, I helped it reaching the sand by throwing a bucket of it in the shore. A wave tickled my feet and I counted that as a thank you.

And when I learned how to float on my back, I can hear the waves whispering, I don't know what they say, but the ocean is my friend and it is probably comforting me that I'm safe floating there.
