How to make a TARDIS sewing box

I just made it up. I needed a sewing box for my sewing gear, and this is what I came up with.

Started this yesterday, and you're right!  My cats haven't left me alone for a second while I'm working!  Unfortunately couldn't get as bright a blue as I wanted for the yarn, but still can't wait to finish!  My sewing supplies are looking forward to a new home.  Thanks for the pattern and video =)

Edited to add:  Just a tip for anyone who's doing this and getting frustrated at trying to thread the needle with big fat yarn.  Get a tiny piece of paper, about an inch long, and wide enough to fit through the eye of your needle, fold the paper in half (along the length) and place the end of your yarn inside.  Slide the paper through the eye of  the needle, pull through on the other side, and rejoice that your needle is now threaded!

Love this idea! You should make a super beginner video on how to do the sewing onto the plastic.
