I'm new to Cura and enjoyed your Fox head video. While you were using cura to design the head I noticed you had some parameter. you were working to set on the left side of the cura program. Is that a plug in?

I used to paint tiny details with a sharpened toothpick. It doesn't hold much paint but it does give you a super sharp line.
But if you're doing complex details or text on a flat surface, I'd recommend some DIY decal printer paper. You can print high quality images and then apply it just like decals from a model kit. If you do the whole process with setting solution, solvent and clear coat, they don't even look like decals. More like you hired a professional mouse painter to hand paint everything.
