Yellow cards and red cards cause suspensions and affect the game, so the referees need to be accountable as well

The rules are meant so that match fixing becomes easy for the bosses most especially the bigger teams. That means if they cheat your team no player is allowed to complain to the referee. That means you're not even allowed to complain to the referee to go and check to the VAR.
