I bought this little beast about 2 years ago, and out of all of my amps it's still my go to for just jamming out in my bedroom or even better (because it takes batteries and you can take it anywhere)
I love it for busking.
Also there's a little secret to getting reverb on this little monster.
With the the two delay knobs (time and delay) bring the delay level all the way up and the time all the way down, then you have reverb.

It’s one of the best practice amps money can buy in my opinion. It’s great if you don’t want to be tethered to an outlet, you can take this thing pretty much anywhere and get a great sound out of it.

Ive got one from more than a year and is awesome! I even used it kind of like a pre Amp for a small show in a bar hooked to the speakers of the place! And the sound was! Killer!!! And all (Battery powered) its crazy!

i have the Mini, the Air, and the boss katana 50mkII. The Air is hands down absolutely the best for tones. No question about it. The mini is ok for bedroom and basic learning how to play. Obviously the 50 is better for playing gigs at Starbucks.

better then a spark mini this is coming from some1 who had a boss mini and a spark mini i think the spark mini has this horrible fizzy sound when playing notes, and also the frequency response is like an ice pick in your ear, this has more oomph and bass to it

I'm not the biggest fan of all the tones it makes but this type of tone is really fantastic and as a small portable amp that can make me smile with good tones this is very cool. It's discontinued right? I wanted to get it ro give lessons and have an amp to easily take to a students house... the one thing I really dislike, especially today is AA batteries, much cheaper mini amps have integrated batteries that can be charged, so you can just plug it in and it charges so when you take it you always got a full charge. This would long-term cost a lot extra in batteries.

I still prefer the Yamaha THR series for mini amps, even if I own do own a few Katana amps, I only travel with the Go and the THR5... Personally I just feel like the Mini sounds way more boxy with that tiny cabinet and single speaker.
