When you think about it the 501st and 212th were involved in a lot of frontal assaults but the 501st was in a lot more. In fact I daresay it had a near 90% death rate considering on Geonosis, Christophsis and on many other fronts Anakin led his troops in parade style attacks.

That shiny was lucky to be able to join the Corucant Guard sense they were typically only Trained and breed on one of the moons of Corucant
